great location minute walk clean towels clean mugs
location it is great. my friend and i went to venue cymru. the theatre is only an 8 minute walk from there. the bar open until 11pm, so we have a drink then.
the reception peoples are not particularly friendly, it's true.

The staff was helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered many selections. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions, with plenty to do within walking distance. I found my room to be very clean, and it had all I needed (i appreciated that). Free car parking was available round the back, very useful.
I thought the tv in my room was a little small.

The hotel is situated right on the seafront, offering a splendid view and promenade access. Restaurants and shops are a short walk away. It is a very central position.

Parking is available behind the hotel, providing convenient access . The hotel includes an elevator, useful for those with luggage or mobility issues. I think there were about 10 parking spaces.

The room had coffee sachets, tea bags, and hot chocolate sachets, replenished as needed. The room was clean, warm, and a good size. It had everything I needed.

All the staff were excellent. They were friendly and helpful. They always had a smile and were very good too help with anything needed. I would like to praise them again.

Breakfast is buffet style, and it includes a full English breakfast. There was also fresh fruit, fresh apple, orange juice, cereal, and toast. I especially enjoyed the latte.

excellent breakfast great location outdated decoration cramped bathroom
the breakfast had an excellent spread. (i really enjoyed the pastries.) the location was also great, right by the seafront.
the decoration in the room seemed a bit outdated. i also found the bathroom to be really cramped.

a charming experience
wide array sea view kind staff
I especially loved the breakfast. Such a wide array of options. the sea view from the room was fine. I could watch the waves. the staff were kind, a real asset to the place.
